Clear Loop Security - Platform Rescue

Challenge: After more than a year and a six-figure spend with another supplier, Clear Loop's vulnerability management platform didn't build, couldn't be deployed, and was missing core requirements from a specification both sides had signed.

Solution: Judged the code recoverable rather than starting again, and shipped the first changes within a day. Then worked through Clear Loop's own priority list: CI/CD from nothing, a security review and fixes, multi-tenancy, a vendor-agnostic data model and automatic asset resolution.

Outcome: Six months from a shell to customer trials, opening up commercial and partnership conversations. Roadmap planning and AI-driven development work followed.

UK Fintech - Conveyancing Innovation

Challenge: Build innovative products to disrupt traditional conveyancing industry.

Solution: Event-driven microservice platform using .NET Core, Azure Functions, CosmosDB, enabling rapid feature development.

Outcome: Multiple award-winning products delivered. Self-service invoice system reduced support calls by 95%. Flagship product gained significant market recognition.

Challenge: Integrate globally distributed hardware with complex data synchronisation requirements across continents.

Solution: Built AWS-hosted platform with .NET Core backend, Blazor and MAUI applications for global hardware integration.

Outcome: Initial prototype successfully evolved into production system. Enabled real-time global operations and data synchronisation for distributed hardware.
